Payroll Changes

• Upgrade to Direct Filing. I would like to upgrade to the Direct Filing service (please 1. download a Direct Filing Upgrade Form, 2. complete & sign, and 3. fax it to 512-347-9331)
• Upgrade to Direct Deposit. I would like to upgrade to the Direct Deposit service (please 1. download a Direct Deposit Upgrade Form, 2. complete & sign, 3. gather copies of voided checks from you and your employee, and 4. fax everything to 512-347-9331)
• Change Payment Information. I would like to change my bank or credit card information (please 1. download a Payment Authorization Form, 2. complete the sections that are appropriate to your service plan & sign, and 3. fax it to 512-347-9331)

Employee Changes

• Employee Contact Information. I would like to change or update  my employee's contact information
• Employee Withholding Status. I would like to change my employee's withholding status (please 1. download Form W-4, 2. have your employee complete & sign, and 3. fax it to 512-347-9331)
• Employee Bank Account. I would like to change or update my employee's bank account information (please 1. download an Employee Bank Account Form, 2. have your employee complete & sign, 3. attach a copy of a voided check from your employee's bank account, and 4. fax it to 512-347-9331)
• New Employee. I would like to submit information for a new employee (please 1. download a New Employee Form, 2. complete & sign, and 3. fax it to 512-347-9331)
• Terminate Employee. I would like to terminate an employee (we'll need to ask a few important questions so please call 888-273-3356)
