What to Expect After You Register
Step 1. We will confirm receipt and follow up with any questions we may have about your information, your employee’s information, or your payroll instructions. Once we have complete and accurate information, we will get your account set up within 3-5 business days.
Step 2. We will mail your New Client Packet, which will have everything you need to get started:
- Service Agreement with Breedlove & Associates
- Payroll documents for you and each of your employees
- Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form
- A Calendar of Key Activities & Deadlines
- Dependent Care Account Receipt
Step 3. Our payroll team will contact you to make sure your payroll is set up accurately and the transition is smooth.
Step 4. Keep an eye out for mail or email from us. If you receive something from us, it’s important to your tax situation; please read it carefully and respond promptly.
Step 5. Relax and enjoy life. We’ll take care of all the tax compliance details for you. If you ever have a question or concern, just give us a call. We’re always happy to help.
